By purchasing something on our Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use, and these Terms of Sale.
Pricing & Specifications
Prices on our Website are updated on a regular basis and are subject to change without notice. Our specifications for products may change, and some products may be discontinued without notice.
The product prices posted within the Website do not include sales tax.
Manufacturer specifications, and availability of our products is subject to change. If you believe that your product is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to its description on our Website, contact us at info@runsxroses.com.
Orders
We will confirm all orders by sending you an email at the email address you provided at the time of purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation of your order, then the order has not been properly entered into our systems.
We may reject your order under various circumstances, including if there are errors in pricing on the Website, or if products are unavailable. If this happens, you will not receive an email confirmation of your order.
We reserve the right to deny any order for any reason and to cancel any orders we have already confirmed if, for any reason, we cannot ship such order to you as initially confirmed. If we cancel an order already confirmed, we will notify you via email at the email address you provided at the time you placed your order.
Returns
Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. If external damage is evident, accept the shipment only after the carrier’s driver has noted the damage on all copies of the delivery receipt. If upon opening a shipment you discover concealed damage, please contact our customer service department at info@runsxroses.com.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase made on the Website, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange subject to the following terms:
- All returns must have prior authorization from Company and must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must be returned in original condition, and must be received by us within 30 days from the date of shipment to you, accompanied with the original receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.
- The product must be returned in its original individual packaging, where applicable (e.g., shoe, etc.).
- Products must still have all original tags attached and such tags must be undamaged and in their original condition.
Products generally not subject to return include:
- Items subject to normal wear and tear, or improper care.
- Products used in a way contrary to our instructions or directions for wear or care.
- Products not in original packaging, including products with damaged, missing or defaced labeling and packaging, or missing original and intact tags. All original manuals, instructions, warnings and warranties must be included.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Damaged products.
- Items purchased on a “special order” basis.
- Discontinued products.
- Products marked as final sale are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, cancellations or alterations.
If you received the wrong item(s) or you did not receive all items you ordered, please let us know within 15 days from the date of delivery. We will validate your request before getting the right item(s) to you, if we can, or we will refund you if we cannot. We may also request proof that the wrong item(s) was received.
Customer will be responsible for all transportation fees on returns not due to Company error.
All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, and free or discounted items shipped as part of a qualifying purchase will be prorated and applied to your subsequent refund amount. If complimentary products received as part of a qualifying purchase are not included in a return that results in the original transaction falling below the qualifying purchase threshold, and the return transaction is insufficient to cover the value of the complimentary product, you will only be eligible to receive product credit for the value of the return.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and charged based upon the total order size and the shipping address provided. In the event that the shipping results in excessively high (in our discretion) or unanticipated charges we reserve the right to contact customer regarding new freight charges prior to order shipment. In such circumstances customer may accept the re-calculated freight charge or cancel the order.
Payment
All payments must be made prior to our shipment of any products to you. Payment for all product(s) must be by credit card, ApplePay, PayPal, or Venmo or another designated payment method on the Website. We will not dispatch the product(s) until we receive payment in full. We may use a third-party payment processor to process your payment information, including your payment card data. By submitting any payment information on or through our Website, you acknowledge and agree that such payments and your information are subject to the applicable third-party payment processors’ terms and conditions, fees, and privacy policies.
If your local currency is not in U.S. dollars, your bank or credit card issuer may apply an exchange rate or additional fees to your account. Please be sure you understand those fees and charges before you place any orders with us. The exchange rate and any fees applied by the bank/issuer are beyond our control, and are your responsibility.
For payments by card, all credit and debit cardholders may be subject to authorization and authentication. We are not responsible for any delays or failure to ship products if the issuer of your payment card or our service provider refuses to or does not for any reason authorize or validate the payment.
By providing the relevant information to us, you specifically authorize us to transmit or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, and debit or credit card details, to authenticate your identity and delivery address for the product(s), validate your payment card and obtain authorizations for your payments for product(s).
Delivery, Title and Risk
We are not liable for any delay in shipping. If we have not shipped the products(s) you ordered within thirty (30) days of our email confirmation to you, then you may cancel the applicable order, and we will refund any money that you paid for this order. We may also agree to re-deliver the product to you at no extra charge. Any failure to deliver the products or any discrepancy between ordered and delivered products should be promptly reported to our customer service department by emailing info@runsxroses.com.
Upon delivery, a signature confirmation by a person aged 18+ years is required for all orders. You acknowledge and agree that any person accepting delivery of the products at the designated address shall be deemed to have done so with your authorization.
Ownership and risk of the product(s) will pass to you on delivery.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Company reserves the right to change the assortment of items offered and to limit the quantity of items that may be purchased from time to time and at any time, without prior notice. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions. We are not liable in case of stock outage or unavailability of products. While we strive for accuracy in product representations, we do not guarantee that the colors, textures, and other product details set forth on our Website will precisely match those of the product you receive. Fit and size may vary based on individual preferences and body types, and we do not warrant that the fit and size of the products will meet your specific requirements.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from the Website shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms of Use.
